When do I get access to the files and course area?
You will receive an email immediately after your purchase, giving you the link to access your membership portal with all of the templates and files. It is imperative that you follow your Onboarding Steps properly and to ask for help if needed.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our digital downloads and subscriptions based services, we are not able to offer refunds. If you purchase the wrong course by mistake, please reach out as soon as possible so that we can help!

How to cancel membership? 

Please make sure to fill out the cancellation form below and tell us the reason for your cancellation. You must submit the form 14 days prior to your next billing to give us time to recieve and process your cancellation.
